As an ISO certified manufacturer, we provide quality assurance reports and certifications. In 2025, our PPM defect rate was 0.8% and our on-time delivery rate was 99.88%.

If the fasteners we manufacture do not meet their established requirements, customers may submit a claim within 60 days of purchase. Upon approval of the claim, we will replace the product or reimburse the customer. For claim submission details, please contact our customer service team.
